These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, placing orders, and purchasing sarees, chudidhars, frocks, party wear, German silver artefacts, gifting items, and any other products listed on the Site ("Products"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration To place an order you may be required to create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@houseofanika.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All Products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any Product, or refuse an order at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where a currency selector is provided, in other currencies for reference only; the amount charged will be as reflected at checkout in your selected currency and payment gateway.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Given the handcrafted and often hand-embroidered nature of sarees, ethnic wear, and German silver items, minor variations in colour, shade, embellishment placement, or finish compared to the image shown may occur and do not constitute a defect.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and descriptions, but errors may occasionally occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product. An order is confirmed only upon our acceptance, communicated via email/SMS order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage — including after confirmation — in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms, in which case any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payments We accept payments through the payment options listed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Free shipping is currently offered on orders above the threshold displayed on the Site at the time of your purchase; this threshold may change without prior notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; House Of Anika does not store your complete card or banking credentials.

7. Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, incomplete/incorrect address details, or events beyond our reasonable control. 8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms for Products purchased on the Site are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order, as certain categories (for example, customised, altered, or intimate-wear items) may not be eligible for return.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including the House Of Anika name and logo, text, graphics, product photography, layouts, and design — is the property of House Of Anika or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected databases
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that disrupts the Site
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing reviews or content

Reviews & User Content Any reviews, ratings, comments, or images you submit on the Site grant House Of Anika a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and Site purposes. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House Of Anika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of Products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold House Of Anika, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
